Turin. Always at the forefront. Always the protagonist of fashions, times and trends.
Elegant and modern. Austere and welcoming. City of art and industry. Symbol of contrasts that coexist, that are good together, that give the best together. Turin, the perfect setting for a Officine Fanesi creation.
The project bears the signature of the architect Roberta Barale, who oversaw the renovation and interior design of this late 800 apartment in Piazza Solferino, a stone's throw from Piazza San Carlo, symbol and heart of the Savoy capital.

Every detail of this apartment reveals the creativity of Roberta Barale, a talent out of the ordinary.
Luxury, comfort and privacy are the keywords that have guided architectural research. From the redistribution of spaces to the choice of materials, through the enhancement of the environment through the balance of aesthetic choices: the final result is a contemporary luxury home with minimal design.

Luxury, comfort and privacy are the keywords that have guided architectural research. From the redistribution of spaces to the choice of materials, through the enhancement of the environment through the balance of aesthetic choices: the final result is a contemporary luxury home with minimal design.
In this architectural context, the Officine Fanesi kitchen enhances the contrast between the industrial style of the furnishings and the historicity of the vaults, frescoes and other valuable elements originating in the building. Liquid metal, dark matt aluminum, black sheet, bronze glass: a synthesis of minimalism and modernity, perfect in the material and chromatic details.
The modularity chosen is that of Via Nolfi, which for us represents the cleanliness and elegance of the kitchen with throat, with a large design space for the columns, both pantry and storage of appliances with large ovens and wine cellars.
The large vaults are enhanced by the "high" design that includes 2.64 meters tall columns and large display cabinets, with black aluminum frame and bronzed glass. The liquid metal and the black sheet sides on the columns further scratch the industrial mark of the kitchen. At the center of the environment, a practical and comfortable island with alternating elements of 60 and 120 cm and increased depth to 90 cm, for a perfect combination of containment and the need for large spaces. Here is the practical and comfortable induction hob with central aspiration, which eliminates the aesthetic nuisance of the center room hoods.
The island, also made of liquid metal for the doors with the side panels in black sheet metal, coordinates with the Office wall units / columns. The worktop and the raised base in Onyx stone, with its "welded" sink, give the kitchen environment luxury and elegance, an expression of luxury, emphasizing once again the strong material contrast that frequently recurs in Officine Fanesi creations.
Luxury, modernity, minimalism: these are the concepts that I put at the center of this apartment in the heart of Turin.
Three concepts that recall Officine's philosophy Fanesi: working as a tailor to create a creation in which the professional and residential soul coexist, in perfect balance. The exclusivity of the kitchen passes through the choice of materials, the customization of the elements, the personalization of the finishes. The end result enhances the architect's creativity and the expectation of the client. Officine Fanesi is this: the strength of steel at the service of beauty that leaves you breathless.
